Chiboust, bakery + bistro + wine bar, opened its candle lit, atmospheric dining room to diners celebrating Valentine's Day in 2004. This intimate, elegant bistro restaurant offers cuisine from the French-Mediterranean region and award winning desserts. The dining friendly wine bar offers an eclectic variety of wines from around the world, many available by the glass including an extensive array of dessert wines. A variety of tantalizing bites to share or accompany cocktails range from Moroccan spiced shrimp to Tunisian glazed chicken wings. The full bar includes signature cocktails such as Charbay Ruby Grapefruit or Honey Comb Martinis, and Kalamansi Mojitos, as well as Champagne Concoctions and many others..

Chiboust bakery has produced applause since its opening. This café style bakery offers hand crafted pastries, artisanal breads, specialty cakes and its signature 'Chiboust' dessert. The bakery is a perfect stop for a morning coffee and croissant or a casual lunch to dine in or take out.

In addition to exploring a culinary tour of Mediterranean entrées with our popular "Plats du Jour" like our Painted Hills Farms Short Ribs, Chiboust highlights a tastings and small plates menu available for both lunch and dinner. Need a quick bite before the theatre? Our small plates menu includes House-made Flatbread Pizzaltas, Fresh Salads, Moules Frites, Waygu Burgers and much more. Dining at the bar is always welcome!

Located across the street from the Tarrytown Music Hall, the Hudson Valley's landmark theatre, Chiboust is the vision of Jill Rose, a Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate, award winning pastry chef and former director of a multi-dimensional gourmet food service company.
